Passenger balloon ride o 30 km high

    This sounds great.
    Even though there's no weightlessness experience , I would still prefer it to the passenger rocket trips in the pipeline.

    Although ''Not quite to space'', the selling point for me is "It affords the time and mental space to absorb the experience of being up there,"

    Two hours going up, two hours viewing and two hours descending.

    Ps. I tandem jumped from a plane (twelve thousand feet) a few years back, so you could say I have EVA experience if anything goes wrong.
