    Roman has been permanently banned from sciforums.

    This was for posting an extremely inappropriate image in this thread (which has now been deleted). This amounts to trolling of the worst kind.

    Roman has previously been banned a number of times - last time was for 1 month.

    Apparently, he has no capacity to learn from past mistakes. There's no point in the administration persevering with him, despite some occasionally good contributions.
