    How illuminating.

I thought this picture was really neat. Lighting can be an interesting addition to decor.

That is very cool lighting, but in the previous picture I really liked the spa with a view. Any chance you might know what it would cost to live in that place?

Lighting can be a key factor to decor in those places where it's light only until 4 p.m. in winter, due to lack of daylight.

As in where I reside, in a land of ice and snow that KJ will never visit, lol....

But hey, we can serve your beverage in an ice glass.

Like many species of rodents, squirrels are intelligent, gregarious and opportunistic. They're not too difficult to tame if you're patient and put your mind to it... and hand-feed them. So once you've got the squirrel, it's up to you what color you dye his fur. Of course you have to be careful. Some dyes are very toxic to some animals, and you don't want to get it in his eyes. Some states have made it illegal to dye a dog's fur.

Also, as I'm sure you've noticed, there are thousands of injured squirrels limping around out there. Some people make it their mission to take them in and set their broken bones or give them whatever healing they need. We had a friend who had a whole house full. Once a year somebody would rat on him and a cop would dutifully show up, marvel at the great job he was doing, and report back to HQ: "No squirrels on premises, neighbor must be hallucinating." He had one that was paraplegic so he could never turn her loose. He was a clothes designer in real life so he used to make her these adorable little outfits and take her around to charity events. I've got a photo somewhere of her in her Santa Claus suit.

He could have dyed her any color he wanted, but this was more fun for everybody. She lived eight years with a broken spine. We keep telling him when he dies he's going to wake up as an honorary citizen in Squirrel Heaven. He just smiles and says that sounds perfect.
When I was ten I was fascinated by the game of marbles so a couple of my buddies took me aside and taught me to play. I kept losing but they kept loaning me more marbles so I could keep playing and keep losing.

When I got home that night I excitedly told my parents that I had learned to play marbles and it was a lot of fun. They asked he if I won or lost and I said I lost, so I owed Victor 67 and Karl 115. Bless their hearts, they took me to the store and bought several bags of marbles so I could pay off my debt, it was a matter of honor in our family. The kids were astounded, they probably figured I had no intention of paying off.

We all learned a lesson from that. My parents: Keep better track of what little Fraggle's friends might be doing out there. Little Fraggle's friends: Wow, some people have scruples, that's kinda nice, maybe I'll try it. Little Fraggle: I'm never going to play marbles again as long as I live.

Ironically, when I went to college and still had good eyesight I became a decent pool player, which surely must involve some of the same skills. But I never played for more than a beer and I pretty much broke even.

Nope, totally different to shoot pool compared to shooting marbles. Pool requires a table, sticks, chalk, even playing surface dirt free, well lit, understanding geometry and positioning.

Marbles , well just make a circle in the dirt and go for it.

Well, I reckon we need a pool table in order to check out the above perspectives.

How about an outdoor all weather pool table for beside your heated pool?

Shooting pool is often used as one means of 'killing time'.

Well that's not something you see very often. I don't guess many people want to go swimming at that beach.
