Also My post was originally about practicing meditation under stress. I only wanted to investigate philosophies that do this so that I can back up my claim about mental fitness. I have no intention of purposely increasing stress. Everyday life is full of it already. Rather than fighting it, we can use it to increase our fitness so that life isn't as stressful in the future
