You can relate the equations of force and energy done on an object by an object by determining how much energy has been transferred into or out of the object through forces. Reality takes form as both a net force and an energy system transferring itself from one moment to another or one object to another causing an acceleration or change in velocity. Therefore,

where F is the net force applied, m is the mass of the body, and a is the body's acceleration. Plugging in the equation for Kinetic energy

Reality is not a thing you can quantify, reality is not force or energies or of a sum of zero. Reality is if it is cold you will feel cold, if you hurt yourself it will hurt. The reality is we do not live forever.
