Ruby on Rails for someone who never coded

    Was wondering if there are any Rubyists here who can share their experience with learning the language.

    I've never coded but dabbled with HTML/CSS and understand the concept of Object oriented languages.

    How much easier/harder will it be to learn the Ruby on Rails compared to PHP or any other Object oriented language for that matter?
