Let me translate this and then address it. "After considering if you're just being a troll or if you're really reaching out for help I'd like you to think about this. What does the confidence of a confident poor actor and a confident rich politician have in common?". The answer is that confidence is not what distinguishes them. You might perceive (and you might be right) that the rich politician is insincere and/or shallow and that the poor actor may just be confidence in his acting skills. Their confidence is not what distinguishes them however. It's their sincerity or possible insincerity. Confidence (not over confidence and not under-confidence) is a healthy trait. Being shallow or insincere is not a healthy trait.
