And I think it was the varying number of quasars with distance that 'done for' the steady state.
There should be an equal number through-out space no matter the distance according to steady state thoery. I think Dinosaur mentioned this. In other words...Where are the local quasars, why are they only at great distances. That sort of thing.

Yep, I knew that much sweetpea, but the question that is asked of "Steady State" proponents, is how is all this new matter being created?
The BB explains it through excesses of energies in false vacuums and phase transitions when the Superforce started to decouple as temperatures and pressures started to drop.
I don't believe SS can explain that.
