    The video was too grainy to make anything out of it.

    Going by the people in the videos reactions I'd say it was a hoax (fursuit).

    The video looks like it could just be a deer filmed on a cheap camera. I watched a couple videos that came up after the first one. The rake videos are weird. There is one with something poking its head out of a storm drain. They could all be fakes but some of them are kind of freaky.
