I've never been able to decide. The jobs that I think would be the most fun and enjoyable also seem to me like they would eventually leave me feeling unfulfilled and like my existence on Earth was of no particular meaning. Similarly the things I generally consider to be meaningful are also no fun at all. Being in the middle isn't much better because you never feel like you're having enough fun and also don't feel like you're achieving enough

Orly: Navin Johnson(Steve M) writes home

    From the Movie:

Grandmother: "(reading a letter) My dear family, guess what. Today I found out what my special purpose is for. Gosh what a great time I had. I wish my whole family could have been here with me. Maybe some other time as I intend to do this a lot. Every chance I get. I think next week I'll be able to send some more money as I may have extra work. My friend Patty promised me a blow job. Your loving son, Navin. (she stops reading) And he's got the kisses here."
Father: "That Patty must be a sweet girl."
    Mother: "God bless her."

He (and his parents) are so naive that they think "blow job" is a job, you know: "day job", "regular job"... "blow job".

OH! Now I get it. Is it really funny if it has to be explained?

Well in the film it didn't need to be explained - the context gave the "explanation".
But I do recommend The Jerk.

I think you'll get a kick out of it even when you see and hear it. I liked the whole movie and even named the cat I had in Vancouver after Navin's dog. It's kind of like a precursor to Forrest Gump, a dimwit goes from rags to riches through a series of misadventures.

Unrealistic - being the CEO of a large company

Realistic - ANY job you *really* enjoy that pays you enough to live.

Haha, ok I changed my mind, Captain Kirk DOES have the perfect job. Especially if, when I take his life, I also get to make it with hot alien babes. Does the job come with Kirk charisma or is the uniform good enough?

    Best Job?

    Unrealistic:
Winning the lottery...and having no job ever again.

Realistic: A job with the least stress possible, paying enough to live comfortably.
