THE FIFTH LAW OF MOVEMENT: THE WHEEL EFFECT Movement is the change of place (CPL) or position (CP) of some body. Movement and deformation are the effects of the action of a force. The fifth law of movement proposes the conversion of circular movements (CP) into displacement (CPL). This law does not apply to fans because there is no displacement. Let's see the following cases: 1- The tires of a car, while rotating (CP), displace (CPL). 2- The propellers of an airplane or those of a helicopter, while rotating (CP), displace (CPL). 3- The Earth, which rotates on its own axis (CP), displaces around the Sun (CPL).
