When multiplying by multiples of ten you move the decimal place the number of zeros starboard (to the right.)

    e.g. 2.0×1000=2000 (2.0.0.0.)

When dividing you move the decimal place left.

    e.g. 2.0÷1000=0.002 (0.0.0.2.0)

Now, the largest number in the decimal system is ten. (1×10). The smallest is 1÷10 (0.1).

    (1×10)÷(1÷10)
    10÷0.1
    (10×10)÷(0.1×10)
    100÷1
    100

    This is demonstrably untrue.
    Also demonstrably untrue.

    This is trivially true.

Yes, ten divided by one-tenth is 100.

Grade 2 arithmetic goes a little further into it.
