Tatoos are something I don't find very attractive, but she still is beautiful.

 

I've seen plenty of things more beautiful than a really obese woman's body.

I'm speaking of a young, healthy woman of childbearing age and in good shape.

Exactly my point. She's still attractive despite the tattoos. I wouldn't refuse to date a woman because of a tattoo (unless it was on her face or something wierd like that), but I don't consider it a plus.

Well, there is one respect in which I might consider it a plus. I'd assume, rightly or wrongly, that women with tattoos would be more likely to put out. The same goes for women who smoke. They even alluded to this fact in the Wedding Crashers as part of their system in evaluating which women to hit on.
