I have e-mailed her back... due to her at work though...she will not be able to respond

    Tab & Flash,

You guys are too sweet! Yeah, it's tough to wean myself from this board, but I get little else done when I spend my evenings here after work and I spend half the weekend here as well.

Since I've made the decision to become a student of the magickal arts, I feel the need to devote more time to my magickal studies and less time debating with certain others whether or not it is the right choice for me (not that I've had to debate this particular point yet, but if I stay here, I know it's coming!).

Actually, I made this decision a little over a month ago, but decided to keep it quiet until now. In the past month, I've made very little progress on my chosen path, which is something I need to change.

Don't worry, I doubt if I can stay away from here completely - I love you guys too much!

    I Believe

    I believe in happiness,
    though I never feel it.
    I believe in the stars,
though I never get my wish.
    I believe in God,
    though I've never heard him.
    I believe in my future,
    though I don't know where it's headed.
    I believe in my friends,
    though they lie.
    I believe in love,
though I don't know what it is.
    I believe in life,
    though I die.

    Truestory--

They ought to know better. And so should you.

They might as well be asking to have sex with me. In other words, it's something they probably shouldn't be addressing with me unless ... oh ... they know me?

Hey, if someone wants to go out of their way to sell snake oil--fine. If they keep ringing my doorbell--how long am I obliged to be polite? Once again, anvils on heads comes to mind.

You see, that's also a basic difference in perception you've demonstrated yourself utterly incapable of understanding: to me, if the act of slamming the door on an unwanted missionary is the worst of their bigotries ... hey, it's not nearly as bad as you're trying to make it. If, however, people are reacting to your manner of expression, it's hardly bigotry, and then must be resolved as a matter of taste.

How about you ... can you see the difference?

Take a side you say, it's black and gray. And all the hunters take the hunted merrily out to play. We are one, you say, but who are you? You're all too busy reaping in the things you never sown. And this beast must go on and on and on .... Nobody gives a damn. (Floater; "Beast")

Actually, tiassa, it wasn't bigotry that I was addressing there... it is true though, that we have quite different tastes.

    Truestory--

Think back to your post to Skye where you talked about the cancerous bigotry evolving into hatred of Jesus Christ.

No bigotry, no issue of hatred. You see how that works?

Bigotry no more inspires hatred of dead people than feeblemindedness does the love of dead people.

Thanx for that tidbit. I was aware of that, though.

    tablariddim,
    Where are they now ?
they that seek and cannot find.
    Life's illusions pass them by.

    Sunlight on a misty morn.
    Where are they now?
    Raindrops seen at the dawn.
    Life's illusions pass them by.

Things that are not as they seem,
Love is there and not past glory.
    Already an illusion for them.
    Where are they now?

    Where are they now?
    Here-knowing the illusion, yet,
Love -the illusion is not as it seems.

    An illusion-is, really only something
    the eye does not see.
    It is still there,
    if only they understood
