All I see is one of those tiresome question marks in a blue square. Can you try again or post a link or something?

Aha. That's not you in the photo, I presume!

I don't know these brands but would imagine they are something like the Night Nurse and Day Nurse we have in the UK. The daytime one has pseudoephedrine in it, which is an "upper" (and on the banned list for sportsmen). I dare not take it after 4pm or it disturbs my sleep. Night Nurse has something in it, I'm not sure what, that knocks you out. You are meant to take 2 capsules but I find one is plenty or I can't wake up the next morning (My weight is 67kg, so not that much, which may have something to do with it). I have the impression that the night one is the way it is partly to overcome the residual effects of the last daytime one to be taken.

I feel sure it is fairly safe to take one followed by the other as they are intended to be used in tandem. But I expect you would just feel unpleasantly weird, groggy but unable to sleep, or something horrible like that.

Aha. You mean, the one who's been fired or the one who's going to be fired?

All current T.rump administration positions are deemed "pre-fired" at this point.

    not photo shopped at all.

her face looks like she is having a stroke.
she has done for a while.
im fairly sure it is all the facial muscles in conflict with the brain trying to put a smile on complete bullshit.
im fairly sure it is killing her.
thats her choice and she is being paid a lot of money for it. it will be interesting to watch and see what happens.
im guessing probably frontal lobe malfunction like a mini stroke which comes out as fatigue syndrome.
or a heart attack, her subcutaneous fat shows she is leading a very unhealthy diet.

She seems to be better in this pic. It may suit her.(does seem drained though)

Amazing though that you can read all sorts of internal processes into the same facial expression when the context is not apparent.(she might just be listening intently)

i have watched her on TV. maybe she has a facial tick that she represses with medication.
im not a fan of mocking people for their appearance.
i think that is morally corrupt.
i only mention it because i actually think something might be a miss.

keeping in mind the USA administration has publically mocked people for their appearance many times.

i think such behaviour is borderline banning material on science boards.

Fatigue or psychological abuse , heart attacks, strokes, certain drugs, schitzophrenia, Aspergers.
all these conditions have various combinations of facial muscle triggers that can give you a clear idea on occasion and spell out the generic condition.
its not a hard fast rule though otherwise there would be a computer that checks for them in hospitals.
