Great news for the world; bad news for Putinia. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! What's interesting is all the mixed messages which came out of the White House today. Kellyanne Conway, Trump's voice, said that Flynn had Trump's backing. A few hours later, another Trump spokesperson said the matter was under investigation.
Someone who isn't an attorney sees no explanation for an appeals court ruling other than that the justices are retarded. How does one even begin to address such a statement? The ruling isn't on the merits of the case. That will be taken up in a trial if the administration takes it to trial. I haven't read all of the details but the executive order has to be constitutional which includes all parts of the Constitution and undoubtedly there are other requirements for a temporary injunction. For you to not understand this and yet accuse the Judge of being "retarded" rather than you just not agreeing with him is comical (at best).
The very law Bowser is citing requires the constitution to be upheld as your starting premise. Something to remember always: The constitution takes precedence.
Flynn didn't want to leave. Russia didn't want him to leave. Russia released a statement today which denied Flynn had discussed sanctions with their ambassador. Russia lied on Flynn's behalf. Think about that for a moment. http://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/...osta-lemon.cnn/video/playlists/michael-flynn/ The Justice Department warned The Trump administration a month ago Flynn was compromised, and they did nothing. I think in the coming days, assuming the Trump administration is unable to suppress it, we will discover more damning news about Flynn and his Russian ties. Let's see if Flynn honors Trump's executive order banning his staffers from working as a lobbyist or consultant for a foreign power. http://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/...ing-ac-sot.cnn/video/playlists/michael-flynn/
Again Putin is caught with his pants down and on fire. Liar, liar pants on fire Flyn was the national security advisor. Unbelievable!!!
The question is what happens now? What did Trump know and when did he know it? We know his administration was informed that Flynn had been compromised a month ago. Why did Flynn discuss sanctions with Russia? Did he do it at Trump's behest or was he free lancing? What were his prior contacts with Russia? We need to know more. We need to know a lot more. I hope this doesn't go away. There are many more questions that need to be answered. Trump likes to boast about how he is able to select the best people. This incident says otherwise, and it's not like Flynn is Trump's only problem child here, e.g. Conway, Bannon, Pudzer, DeVos, et al.
