Yeah, and, that means they're not radical and not very far left, but simply constitutional; democracies carrying out the policies for which their population voted.
I'll accept that as an example, but cannot see it as trend. Certainly, Greece doesn't make much of a blip compared to the US or GB. and that relatively well-mannered communism is no match for the rabid Islamists anywhere. In Germany, the far left and far right are probably more balanced than in other countries.
But if the rise of radical, or even just far, left really is the beginning of a trend, that means the big confrontation between extremes is coming sooner rather than later.
    It will be messy.

American's have no meaningful language now. Their English has been destroyed and they have not yet consolidated or disseminated PostRealitySpeak.

    Probably.

Sure. Does not change the fact these people must be dealt with.

Which "these people" have to be dealt-with? By whom? How?

So you mean to confine yourself to the vocabulary and usage of the most ignorant people you can find anywhere, when discussing political matters on forums such as this.

Because if you can't distinguish communism from Swiss banking or the economic policies of the countries that gave you the IKEA corporation and the Nokia phone (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Mobile_phone_companies_of_Finland ), you've given up on discussing significant economic policy and anything (such as health care) associated with it. You simply can't do it.

Do you plan to similarly adopt the conceptual framework of your homeboys when discussing Darwinian evolution? How about the details of embryogenesis involved in abortion? Constitutional aspects of gun regulation? Property taxes?

If you join a chorus of Trump voters who think that the Nordic countries are communist, you have joined a chorus of Trump voters.

Scowled me for trying to get votes?

This is a common tactic from you and your ilk, telling people things they already know.

And with that philosophy trump will win again in 2020, if we can't get our hands dirty and try to convert these people then we are doomed.

When you abandon principle and reason, unprincipled power wins. Reason and reality is the liberal strength - why throw it away?
You don't know these things. If you did, you'd have a clue who my ilk was.
If you rely on converting those people, you will lose.

They're a minority, and they can only convert themselves - write them off, let them find their own way, and win with the majority. You're going to have one, same as Obama did, after Trump has his W moments.

What a seething strawman. When you live by ideology and not pragmatism you will never have any power at all.

    More slander

Well the majority clearly don't have the votes to win, blame gerrymandering, blame modern jim crow, etc, at the end of the day we need some of their votes.

Trump as a w moment daily, what are you going on about?

If you can't win with the majority of the votes, you can't win.

You cannot get very many votes from the Republican base, because you have no way of communicating with them, and because they prefer to be governed by the likes of Trump. (That's the only reason they believe that "baggage" that Clinton allegedly "carries", for example. That's why 85% of them think its reasonably possible that Obama is a secret Muslim, and was born in Kenya. They needed an excuse to vote for Trump.)
A liberal abandoning principle and reason is not being pragmatic - any more than somebody in a fight discarding their best weapons.
You are on record in many places describing the behavior, stances, preferences, and so forth, of my "ilk", and you have yet to get any of it correct.

I think every red-blooded American (real American, mind ya) should be able to have their own miniature nuke. And be able to carry it (concealed or otherwise) into any public building and bar.

It's what the Founding Fathers intended. An armed society is a polite society - and nothing will make people more polite than knowing any random stranger could set off a nuke if you piss them off.

If the Founding Fathers were to come alive and look around, I could see them saying something like, "Well, this didn't work out too well. Screw it. Let's start over somewhere else."
