    Well why not try every possibility?

    To name or quantify something is to give it credence (credit.)

    So quality of something has no credence ?

    Quality is a graduation (grading,) so I'm telling you.

    Nope. Any dumbass religion is a quest for answers of the unknown.

    What qualifies as science is a specific process involving testing and feedback.

    OK, I believe this is a real scientific question.

    Graphene, atomic structure.

    Questions;
    a) does a graphene atom have a volume? If so why is it called two-dimensional?

    b) each atom is connected by what?

    You are misconstruing what is said about it. It is the lattice that is 2D, not the atoms comprising it. Graphene is the name of a type of structure of carbon. The element is carbon, so these are carbon atoms, rather than "graphene" atoms.

    The lattice is said to be 2D because the pattern consists of sheets of hexagons. The atoms are connected by covalent bonds, each of which predominantly involves 2 electrons, one from each of the atoms at either end. But the full picture is more subtle, as there are also clouds of what are known as π-bonding electrons, above and below the plane of the sheet.

    Carbon forms 4 covalent bonds, 3 of which in this case are the ones in the plane of the sheet, while the π-bonding electrons form the 4th. The latter are said to be delocalised, i.e. shared across multiple atoms. This is what gives graphite its high thermal and electrical conductivity along the plane of the sheets, while that across the sheets is much lower - ideal for use in spacecraft heat shields, for example.

    Fine

    The problem arises when one answers the question towards some unknown which is beyond those who view the answer .

    That's very true. But that is a result of indoctrination and our old educational system.

    As you know, I strongly believe in the mirror function of the brain. But that is a double edged sword. When brain can only mirror that what it has been taught, it is unable to imagine another viewpoint.

    This is just one perspective which addresses this question;

    When our hallucinations agree, we call it reality. This is a really profound viewpoint, IMO

    Yep, it has been used for thousands of years. But being presented with different perspectives of the same thing leads to a deeper understanding of what it is we are seeing, hearing, etc.

    A field of study that uses the scientific method for analysis.

    It's disingenuous to post exceptions to the argument.

    True

    But but is this method adequate to analyse all things ?

    Apart from god, Cowpat, Woo Woo and other associated/related subjects which things would you suggest do NOT lend themselves to scientific examination?
