The King's rendition of this Gospel song, nearly had me down on my knees begging forgiveness!

    He truly could master anything.

What am I listening to now, while doing the domestic duties the Mrs has kindly left me?
Australia's King of rock n roll from the fifties and sixties and early seventies!

Actually went to school with him before he was expelled...a real Larrikin!

it's a very sweet song. there is not enough innocence and purity in the world. or it gets exploited instead of being nurtured and celebrated.

Well, it seems I'm only about 20 years too late to the party, but have just discovered this incredible group from Japan... mostly symphonic metal, but blessed with some extraordinary ballads such as the video below.
    I give you... X Japan

It's mostly in Japanese, but with some English, but i rarely listen to lyrics anyway.

They were pretty much the founders of the "visual kei" movement in Japan, although by the time of this video they had mostly moved on, except for the guy in red gear and pink hair, although even that is tame compared to what they were used to (think glam rock with punk overtones and massive hair!

If you want to see them at their best... watch any excerpt you can from "The Last Live" - their final gig before splitting up in 1997.
