developmental biologist?... what are you developing? growing extra arms or giant ants? in short what does a developmental biologist do?
He or she studies the development of an organism from fertilized egg to adult state. Since this is rather a large topic to cover developmental biologists usually specialize in the development of a particular organ or process during a certain limited timeframe in a specific organism.
Interesting, so do you study the growing of extra arms on fetuses saw a program about the development of a human child from start to end, well almost i only watch until around 5-6 month, quite amazing how it grows from egg and beyond, but it did not have any extra arms Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!

Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! That's the view from my window. You can see my computer tower too. Atop is a pack of printer paper from Staples, my German dictionary (kinda hidden), and The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need by Joanna Martine Woolfolk. Ya can see a brown building out the window. That's an apartment building. Sometimes the police go over there. Sometimes there's a party, and I can hear the music. I live in the "good" white apartments, full of old people. Ugh. Hope ya like! ILikeSalt, it looks like yer city is a Winter Wonderland! That mountain is BEAUTIFUL with snow on it! Where do ya live?
waaaa waa look out my windows *shunders* *continues to repeat* there is not other world then the net =P
Lol, better get yourself some VR goggles, then you only see the net and never the outside world. It is a simulation anyway, we are all living in the matrix. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Well since its 3:50am, not alot that i can see... Let me grab the digi-cam http://www.sciforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3178&stc=1 If it were a couple of hours on you could probably see my back garden complete with pond, apple trees and various other organic junk (but in a couple of hours i'll be asleep, and you hopefully will be elsewhere). Maybe if you looked hard enough you could see that pesky squirel that keeps knocking all the apples off of the apple trees... why i ought to...
you people all have good views... i have nothing. just repetitive, mindless housing.... agahgrhagrhag. it sucks. sucksuckssucks.
Unfortunately I have no windows to see through right now. I am looking at a white wall in front of me and a box beside me. Very interesting, don't you agree? Maybe just as interesting as this thread.
