I sell my body to other men.

Well actually... I work at Home Depot. But it's the same concept. Oh, and I spend a good chunk of the day listening to 'professors' speak in received pronunciation.

That's just a hobby. I don't take it seriously enough to make a career out of it.

I'd tell you but then I'd have to kill you.

    hehe

sam is a terrorist. This nutritionist gig is just a guise to get ahold of dangerous components of WMD like vitamin B.

    Doh!

Isn't it vitamin b overdose we were talking about in some thread with ToR way back when? ... Vitamin B6 maybe? Overdosing on it causes temporary loss of proprioception?

    That's your game, eh?
Overdose us all on B6 and when we're all oohing and aahing over being disembodied, you'll swoop in for the kill.
    I see how you are.
The military has trained you well, Agent Cdkey.

And so is nitroglycerin. Before anyone asks.

Hmmm. should I quote what I'm responding too? Nah. I'm a fast typer. The chances of someone interposing a post between mine and the target are minimal..

I don't think it's possible to overdose on vitamin B, since it's not fat soluble, right?

    It's not that hard.
Anyway, why pay taxes, when taxes can pay you?

    1. Money Flowing Asset pouring money on top of my head on a regular basis.
    2. Food Stamps.
    3. Medicaid. Lots of doctors to treat you if you sneeze.
    4. 6 years of college getting maxed out loans. BA in Math and Masters in Business Admin. All forgiven (Meaning I never have to repay the loans. They get to be canceled based on a form signed by a shrink stating I am too crazy to repay.)
    4. Lots of different great social services available only to the elite few on welfare.

Meanwhile, there is lots of ways to make lots of money without working over the counter. It is called starting your very own under-the-radar business. Being on welfare does not mean you are dependent. Being at a job means you are dependent. Being on welfare is independence. Independence from lots of obligations with taxes at the top of the list.

    Xerxes,

    Wrong.

I first read about this in The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat by Oliver Sacks. He had a case history in the book about a woman who lost her proprioception due to nerve damage and he mentioned the B6 overdose in passing as he explained what loss of proprioception was and other examples of it in history.

Yeah, but don't you want to be self-sufficient?

Everything has to be processed and removed from the body if it is excessive. If you overwhelm the system or there are defects in it, you can get symptoms of toxicity.

That is why dietary requirements comprise average daily requirements (ADR) as well as tolerable upper limits (TUL).

It's about self-respect. About holding your head high amongst family, peers and the wider community. This isn't a problem for cool skill, who has an ego the size of Everest. Cool skill truly doesn't need a job. He wouldn't benefit from one in any way.
