    The person who knows your name

    Or the person who knows your name and doesn't care how much money you have.

    Or the person who knows your name and how much money you have and doesn't want to buy your house

    Or the person who knows your name and wants to buy your house?

    How much is your house?
    Do you trust me?

    What?

    I 'believe' almost no one. I trust very few, except friends that I've been through hell with.

    My house (a shipping container with modification, of course) was $5,000. So what?

    As to your sig, what if you die intestate? Who do you trust or believe?
