I will start an article board and make anyone interested in posting scientific articles an author so they can post freely and moderate their own articles comments. I will promote it accordingly. THIS will satisfy a need for that type of posting and will eliminate all flame wars etc as you moderate your own articles to your complete satisfaction. Anyone interested in being an approved author let me know. I will need to use blogspot as a platform for this. Title suggestions please. NOTE I will not interfere unless there are blogspot violations such as porn blah blah. It's your board.
I don't need luck, this is not for me. I won't be posting scientific articles, I am not qualified, but if peeps such as Spurious do want a platform shared with others then they can have it. Anyone can start a site like this. it doesn't make any difference to me. But the main thing is it is shared authorship so people can moderate themselves.

Title suggestion: Scienceblogs. Oh... no wait. That one's taken. Here's a suggestion for those "interested in posting scientific articles:" Create your own free blog at blogspot or Wordpress. Post your article. That way you don't have to trust that ToR will keep to her word. And if its a good article, I'll link to it on my own blog.
I have no problem with this, as I said anyone can do it, but DO IT with shared author privilages so authors can mod their own comments. Having multiple authors will make the blog more appealing. EDIT: In fact now you have the idea, someone else feel free to do it.
