why won't you cancel my subscription?

    i've emailed you guys many times in the last few months to cancel my subscription and STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. you still haven't cancelled it. and you just charged my card again!

    i do not have time to visit the forums anymore. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD

    i figure since you're ignoring my emails, maybe you'll see this message.

    Cancelling a subscription is your job. I can't do it. Just log into your PayPal account and the mechanism is plainly obvious.
