There will never be a recount. The few attempts were all blocked, and monkey-wrenched.

    Welcome to the monkey house.

The only thing learned from the recount attempts was a new (to me, anyway) technique for rigging the vote - have somebody quietly set out a few red pens in the voting booths next to the "official" ballot markers. Add that to the busted, miscalibrated, easily jammed, and too few machine syndrome (not found in white suburbs), and one hardly needs the software hacks, the broken seals on the Wisconsin machines, the odd internet issues and "remaking" of ballots, the unpublicized mobility and shutdown of polling places, the restrictions on early and absentee voting, and so forth.

The only serious attempt was Wisconsin's, and even that one was arranged to dismiss fraud and a couple of rigging techniques by presumption. Michigan's was a joke even before it was halted. So was Pennsylvania's. (Some 70 thousand people who voted in Michigan supposedly cast no vote for President, and almost none of those ballots were recounted by eye. The official explanation was that they didn't like either major candidate. Almost all of these selective voters lived in black precincts, where they had stood in long lines to vote at all).

If you don't count the votes, you don't have a democratic election.
