    No.

    No. Non-ionizing radiation (visible light, microwaves, FM radio waves, cellular signals) are all non-ionizing and thus do not cause cancer.

    More to do with behaviour modification.

    You can bet they picked the freq that has those effects. Plus it does effect you, but only a minority will feel it.

    I hate wifi and never use it, no neighbour should be allowed it, unless they paint there walls with that paint that restricts it.

    No. Relax. You will probably get cancer, but from something else, e.g. barbecued steaks, soy sauce, stress, viruses, heredity, drink…...
