    Both would have pros and cons but Women find Dwarfs quite so you would likely have a better chance at getting some if you are a dwarf. So I go with Dwarf

    small house in a good area. I've NEVER wanted a large McMansion. I always think "how long does it take to clean it?" or "how much does it cost to heat/cool it?"
