I’m afraid of loss. Whenever something good is happening, I’m afraid that it will end. I’m doing much better about it but there are still some days when Idk what it is, but those familiar fears will come back.

My fear is losing to my emotion. there are moments in my past when emotions got better of me and the end result were more painful.
If I may, why do you want to know our fear?

I do that all the time. I used to work for the Royal Canadian Haunted Police.

I have an irrational fear of spiders - it's more of an irrational hatred, really; there's a fine line between fear and hatred. I have a rational fear of heights. I can't swim a stroke but I have no fear of water; I love boats.

I'm afraid that somebody will discover my fears and use them against me.

I think dyslexia might not be your biggest problem...

I don't have any that stand out (to me) in particular. No one wants to die. Most fears are just silly. If someone is about to pull the trigger on a gun pointed your way, it's not irrational to experience fear but other than extreme examples, it's just an irrational feeling and you should probably just get over it.

you might have a tiny bit of bi-polar and your autistic spectrum rating might be elevated in this area.

that must be interesting to tackle face to face as your standing in-front and performing to an audience.

people who are switched on to performance mode 24/7 like tony robbins are not very common.
most people do not have that type of skill set and more importantly most do not have that inner drive that doesn't end up sending them over the edge into drug addiction & suicide/over dose death (or being listed as a career criminal for buying recreational drugs[exploiting drug patients as prisoners for profit{usa private prison system}]).

you see the rates of drug addiction and hyper sexualised cheating that goes on in high demand sales teams.
the job drives them over the edge.

modern psychology of good bosses is light years ahead and doesn't drive employees to drug addictions , alcoholism and suicide.
but the good bosses are not so common in that industry.
they to have a massively high burn out rate.

that is fairly typical teenage development.
the difference between fearing the loss of self control
vs the fear of non compliance to dictated culture social compliance...

you need to strip that down and unpack it with a professional and get it sorted.
its likely very easily worked through with a good professional practicing psychologist.
i have worked interpersonaly with people who work this through with a professional before several times
your chance of a really great outcome is 999.999%

everyone fears loss of social compliance as a net result to impact their personal emotional state of well being
thats perfectly normal and is a core drive of the sociopathic parameters of complex human social moral frame work.

dont go and let some crack pot preacher into your head

My ex-wife was like that. I'm guessing you don't like change and that other's would describe you as always being on an even keel. You don't get too exciting when times are good but you are calm and rational when times are bad?

    life in little boxes ...

coercing people to self define into boxes is not liberalism
it is a net negative force on naturalness of the human condition

    humans are complex & strange
lack of deep understanding of others is normal and to be expected.

the modern human needs to let go of old worldy limited thinking that demands everyone be simple and inside a box before they are allowed to fit in with others and be recognized as being ok.

this thread is such a troll stalker baiting thread
    sheesh

think before you post responses in this thread

im not inferring or calling you a stalker or troll by omission

I had a fear of spiders into my 20's... but not so much sinse about 25 on.!!!

I have a fear of heights if im close to the edge an thers no barrier such as a guard rail.!!!
I like to look around the naborhood when im on the roof as long as im not wit-in 10 feet of the edge.!!!
About 15 years ago i replaced the kitchen stove vent hood on the roof an it was about 2 feet from the edge of the roof... i was a bit panicky scootin over to it but it got beter as i concentrated on the work to be done.!!!

good point considering this is philosophy
is a logical fear equal to an illogical(phobia) fear ?

lack of specificity seems to suggest a wide margin for trolling potential lol
