I posted not for preaching like many of your kind . There is a discussion the way as I see it , but you are blinded with your power.
 
It was clearly just a statement of faith and not a point of discussion. Shame on you.

No you are closed minded . I wanted make a point as you atheists constantly are pounding about credibility , I wanted to discuss a parallel to Socrates reality if he really existed and other ancient individuals . even in your case the Macabee

If you intended to to make some point in that thread regarding parallels or contrasts between Jesus and Socrates, you forgot to do it.

The text of your first post was simply, "Jesus died and rise on the third day". That's it. It seems to be an assertion of your own personal faith and/or an attempt to make the atheists bark.

JamesR called it 'preaching', but he could have just as accurately called it 'trolling'.

A thread comparing whatever reasons exist for believing in the existence of Jesus and (more importantly) in his unique religious standing and significance, with our reasons for believing in the existence of Socrates and other ancient non-religious figures, would be interesting and valuable in my opinion.

The thing is, if you want to talk about that stuff, a good way to start would be by talking about that stuff. Stop thrashing around, start a new thread, make your points and raise your issues.

My point was to make a positive statement and the so..... would come and throw all atheist upon.
By the way I am not of the Anglo mentality . so we don't see to well, I expected an attack but the Anglo like bull sheet, ( dialog )

This kind of post will never initiate an intelligent discussion. It's not the content we're talking about, it's the lack of content.

Trippy (or any of our members in New Zealand) could start a thread with the post, "Today is St. Andrew's Day." This will not initiate an intelligent discussion either. Again, the problem is not the content, it is the lack of content.

In a few months I could start a thread with the post, "Today is my dog's birthday." This will not initiate an intelligent discussion either.

"I had eggs and sausage for breakfast." "Barack Obama is President of the USA." "The Beatles recorded a lot of songs." "When it's winter in Australia, it's summer in Canada." None of these posts are likely to initiate a discussion.

All any of these posts will do is attract complaints, wise-ass remarks, or questions like, "What's your point???"

If you want to start a discussion, then say something in such a way that it invites a response.

THIS is why you were disciplined. Not because your post had religious content. We have discussions about religious topics and issues all the time.

That shows you the open mildness of of the atheists , and then after I clarified then, the ADMINISTRATION SHOWED ITS COLORS. by scrapping my post by labeling " preaching " were a statement ( " Jesus died and rise on the third day ") is preaching ?

I'm the opposite of closed minded. Present the evidence and I will believe. Besides, it doesn't even matter if Socrates existed, no one worships the man, they admire the words.

Oh you poor persecuted Christian, why don't you suck it up like Jesus, he was able to take lashes and nailing to a cross. You can't even take criticism.

How do you know Socrates existed , I could be just a personality that Plato used as to present his view

I just feel the injustice that was done . I take from you any type of lashes , and it does not bother me. Well I don't want to dwell on that any more .

By the way you as an Atheist you are ok .I have read about Buddha also . It can also be taken in similar way , So the point become why discriminate Christianity for its origin ?
