Now the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is jumping on the bandwagon with their new "Sonic Projector" program:
The goal of the Sonic Projector program is to provide Special Forces with a method of surreptitious audio communication at distances over 1 km. Sonic Projector technology is based on the non-linear interaction of sound in air translating an ultrasonic signal into audible sound. The Sonic Projector will be designed to be a man-deployable system, using high power acoustic transducer technology and signal processing algorithms which result in no, or unintelligible, sound everywhere but at the intended target. The Sonic Projector system could be used to conceal communications for special operations forces and hostage rescue missions, and to disrupt enemy activities.

is this technology capable of delivering fatal electric shocks over a distance remotely ?

i assume they can cook peoples vital organs & brains with the directed microwave device

surely these would be highly illegal to use in urban civilian populations ?

not a subject i would discuss

all those news storys refer to tech that was around 30 years ago at least

being an x conspiracy theorist ive read considerable volumes on various things

notice the link i posted is real published science by the companys doing it
not conjecture per say

how far away are we from people being able to put on a hat to drive a wheel chair car boat or plane ? or mech suit exoskeleton running on AI

this sounds more like a star trek computer brain interface
freaky stuff considering how much of the worlds population dont even agree on sex ed or contraceptives lol
not to mention vaccine science

but the web site news piece appears supposedly real

i guess if i wanted to scream fire in a packed cinema
i would ask what the possible damages are from society turning everything into wifi etc
& then breeding & developing in high radiation zones
im not a cell phone tower bomber
but i certainly dont think they should be placed close to residential or people areas
but that tech has progressed quite well
... i guess
personally ive noticed with he mix of ew & old power systems
you get hot spots inside buildings where people are
these are no good
probably doesn't cause quick serious damage to technicians working on & off these sites
but if they are schools hospitals & apartment buildings where people reside
their lone term exposure rate will sky rocket

if all that mubly jumbly noise(RF wifi cell phones power relays transformers conductors etc etc) collects in residential areas
will it start to do funny things to people ?
ive seen places in buildings where the floor or wall is statically pertinently charged by induction via RV & materials
