Okay peeps, I need you guys! Im applying for a new job with better pay. I need help with the wording... Here goes...

" I am very happy with my current position, but unfornately because of our non-profit status, our pay is not _________ with other positions in the area."

What is the friggin word????? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Im retarded today and cant think, so please forgive me

I really don't think complaining about the salary is such a good idea. Try instead to bring forth flattery of the company you are applying to.
Tell them why you want to work with just THEM, not why you don't want o work where you do now. Because they would see that as a character flaw, that you complain.
