I will give this another shot. I had purchased a ring recently which was soon lost, causing me to purchase another. It's cool because it has a Buddhist six syllable mantra etched on the spinner. Om Mani Padme Hum Apparently you are to recite the mantra 108 times. I've read that 108 is a number that has special significance in Eastern beliefs. I offer the below links for those who are curious to learn more... https://gaana.com/song/om-mani-padme-hum-chant-for-meditation https://www.yogiapproved.com/om/om-mani-padme-hum/ A few additional mantras can be found here... https://blog.buddhagroove.com/seven-buddhist-mantras/
Interesting. When I was only 60 I was told my hair was black, which was a surprise as I thought it was brown...but after when I looked in the mirror I would say to myself..your hair is getting blacker..to this day I say that and my hair despite the fact I am 73 I retain black hair on my scalp. And so I now say stuff like..your legs are getting stronger...and if nothing else that somehow helps me manage my leg problems as I rarely need my wheel chair. Alex
I have one. It pops up every time I see someone using a walker or riding in a motorized chair. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Good for you. It is like a prayer... But your brain takes stuff on board. It tries to deliver the vision you give it. Always.. always be positive...that is just so important. I wish for you everything that you need for you and your family. Honesty decency builds self esteem and a high self esteem is success. Alex
Would it be wise to pray for a couple days of rain? A simple mantra: Om Rain, Om Rain, Om Rain. The weather has been so beautiful lately that it seems unnatural for an Oregonian to go this long in March without some sky water. I just don't want to start a long run of precipitation. I have been supplementing my diet with YouTube videos, but it's just not the same...
