Why do you still play with clay at your age?
Are you trying to evoke feelings or something with a lump of clay? Get out more.

WTH were you? Iceland?
Scotland: rocks on the beach opposite the Knockderry House Hotel, at the entrance to Loch Long. About a mile NW from the Highland Boundary Fault. Probably metamorphic but of igneous origin, though I’m not sure about that, and sculpted by the sea into smooth curves. There are some limpets for scale.

I got an enlarged print of it framed yesterday, to hang on the wall as a piece of restful abstract art. I used to play on these beaches as a kid, so it has extra resonances for me.

Could they use that terrain in VR gaming ? If magnified up it would be like a battlefield out of Lord of the Rings or some planet in a SciFi movie.

Maybe it could be 4d printed into some kind of a chicken terrine...

Was it just a mobile phone camera? Seems very intricate.

The other photo looks Just like looking across the Killary ,Ireland's only Loch (far fewer houses though)

No idea about gaming, but it was just my mobile.

Re Ireland, these Highland rocks are part of the Dalradian Series, named after the Irish kingdom of Dalriada which included what is now Argyll as well as NE Ireland. In fact the Highland Boundary Fault cuts across Ulster, after cutting across Bute and Arran. You get Old Red Sandstone to the SE of the fault (St Andrew's, where my son is studying, is on the sandstone, as is evident when you walk on the beach there.), and a very complicated series of metamorphic rocks on the NW side.
