Your saying the point im trying to get across... even if you do not think your thinking about it, comewhere in your mind you could actually be thinking about something that stimulates you... and with that said, i argue what gustav said about it... a male could be givin sexual pleasures by another male while be aroused and not want it at all, however the act of it happening could accidently make the mind think, without you knowing it, of you being with a girl giving you these sexual pleasures... which would be giving you an erection even though you are at a seemingly discomfortable position at that current moment.
