New Delhi - An 11-year-old girl was set on fire by a relative in India's northern city of Jaipur for wearing lipstick and being "inappropriately dressed", media reports said on Saturday.

The girl suffered burns over 90 percent of her body. Her chances of survival were bleak, police officers told the NDTV network.

Police arrested her great uncle, who allegedly poured kerosene on the girl and set her ablaze on Friday.

Investigators told the PTI news agency that the 55-year-old man, a conservative Muslim, had told the police that he was enraged at the girl wearing lipstick and being "scantily dressed".

Conservatives are the same everywhere. When they are not sodomising children, they are killing them or shooting into their chests. No cure for stupidity unfortunately.

Because usually the religion is only described for Muslims. When was the last time you saw, Jew kills boy for driving car in neighborhood? Or Christian sodomises 10 year old in Iraq? Or Atheist shoots school children out of existential angst?
 
Funny none of this matters to republican islam haters if it is commited by any other religion or a person of some other religion, actualy they try to hide it wisely, its only matters and it is only islam's fault if it is done by a muslim. Shame on these extremists, they are not different then ignorant muslim extremists. :cool:

Hindus have committed more violence against their women and low casts people than any other religion int he history yet it is all irrelevant since muslims are not involved. LOL. Such hyporcracy is un heard of. :D
 
Poor girl, I think burns have got to be almost the worst way to go. But I thought according to SAM in another recent thread, that the Muslim women can choose to dress however they want? :bugeye:

What anyone else does does not change the fact that this guy was screwed up. Of course I object to the ubiquitous religious label attached to Muslims for every report as though we are an amorphous and indistinguishable group. But hey, this is from people who accuse Obama of being an Arab and are soothed by a dickhead saying "no no he is not, he is a decent man". So its hardly surprising that they need labels to pigeonhole people in the narrow confines of their mind. Do they care about the girl who was burnt? Any more than they did about the 14 year old who was gangraped and burned to death by the US troops? I doubt it. So let them enjoy their little hidden glee at someone else's suffering, for the sake of making their nonexistent points.
