Do you think Mormons are true Christians?

If God came from humans, then doesn't that mean the Devil also came from humans? That also means both are inside. Moral relativity is a two sided coin since, if we can define good/God as relative, we will also define evil/Devil as relative. In this world, lying can be justified as not lying or stealing is not stealing. There are no absolutes, in a relative world.

If moral came from man, man can change the morals to make it easier for his God or devil inside. For example, President Obama lied about the affordability of ObamaCare to win an election. But to liberals, this lie is not a lie due to relative evil.

The ancients kept God and Satan outside, so there is one set of rule for all, thereby avoiding the pitfalls of each person or group generating their value system since there will be conflict, division, waste and inefficiencies.

How would you accomplish that endeavor? I don't think, given current technology, you can stop humans from being human.

With what are you going to replace with , with your atheism , were you become the god is yourself, and you will not have respect for any body but yourself.
Time will come were religious organization will find things in common and hopefully there will not be division and praise the same God.

I was not making any judgement as to moral value. Only there will be factual errors, since the people who wrote these books are human beings, with all the imperfections that implies.

Fair enough. Although I'm not sure how inspiring or meaningful a religious book would be if it was all factual. In the Holy Bible, Numbers is not a popular book. Leviticus is far more popular; maybe because it reads like a cookbook or something out of a spell book.

I never said that would easy, but certainly education would help a lot. Many of those with mental disorders could be treated if we had better understanding of the brain. And, of course, the religious indoctrination machine would be first and foremost in stopping due to the abuse of children it causes.

Uh no, there would be no gods, there would only be humans, just like there is now, but they would use their brains for thinking rather than ballast between their ears.

I don't think religion is damaging to people . Jails a filled with people who did not practiced the teaching of God word and who did not have fear of God and so I will extrapolate on the behavior of atheists

Yes, religions are very damaging to people, you and almost every other theist here are perfect examples of how much damage religion is causing.

Jails and prisons are filled with believers. According to how believers believe, prisons should only be filled with atheists.

Sorry, but I don't hate religious people, I feel sorry they've been indoctrinated into a bad ideology that controls their minds and keeps them in ignorance. I do meet and talk to many of them, who are no where near as insane as you.
