ehg ! on a new diet, far too complex and extreme to waste time talking about suffice to say after me shrinking(using fasting and special foods) my stomach to around half its size to reduce calorie intake & maximize digestion it is now very easy for me to over eat. great incentive for eating less ! though triggering the hormone dopamine release from over eating is what im trying to avoid as that downgrades digestion. so i get the feeling of being stuffed full while also feeling a bit stoned from the dopamine release(by the time i eat roughly half the amount of food the average person has for dinner, maybe tiny bit less than half the average dinner)[taken years of self study yadda yadda wont discus] its kinda like feeling a tiny bit drunk after you have had a big Christmas meal.
