I'm sure there are many scifi fans here. So the general idea is name the show you want to name then give your favourite episode. I will pick the X-Files, Season Four, episode called Terma. Your go.
I believe the episode is actually called Spock's Wedding. And that rather snooty T'pau says something like: "Do you bring outworlders to things that do not concern outworlders?' (Referring to the fact that Spock brought Kirk and McCoy to a Vulcan wedding). And right back at her, Spock says, 'They are noy outworlders, they are my friend.' - Good on ya, Spockers!
star trek, the next generation. "clues" "data's day" and of course: "the best of both worlds" parts 1 and 2
Roswell That Ends Well An episode of Futurama in which Fry travels back in time and ends up resolving the infamous Grandfather paradox in a hilarious fashion.
Three come to mind Three come to mind, from different periods of my life: • Star Blazers, "The Gamilon Pilot" — After Wildstar and Conroy capture a Gamilon fighter pilot, a series of flashbacks detail the death of Derek's parents, showing his transformation from inherent pacifist to anxious warrior. It is one of the first times, as a child, that I came face to face with the idea that the good guys must be better than the enemy, as Derek first cracks under the weight of his hatred and then, by Captain Avatar's advice, discovers the genuine happiness that comes with noble mercy. • Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan — Sure, it's a feature film, but come on. "Khaaaaaaaaan!" Best space fantasy I had seen since The Empire Strikes Back. • Battlestar Galactica Miniseries — The beginning of the best television in decades. What can I say? When Galactica finally opened fire, I nearly peaked. If I have to go with a single standard episode, it would be the Olmos-directed "Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down", which I adore simply because it is completely hilarious. But, really, from the outset, the miniseries was insane. Okay, "Exodus II" was ridiculously incredible, too. The "Adama Maneuver" is the coolest thing I've seen, possibly ever, in sci-fi adventure. But how I rant. BSG restored my faith in television, if only for a few years. (With the cancellation of Stargate: Universe, that faith has settled back to dormancy.)
Quantum Leap - Mirror Image (the final episode) ST:TNG - Inner Light, Yesterday's Enterprise Firefly - every single episode Ghost in the Shell - entire 1st and 2ng Gig
Yes, it's a bit better than the Picard Maneuver (the ship one, not the uniform), and I'd say on par with the Riker Maneuver in "All Good Things..."
Stargate Universe. First episode. Kinda went downhill from there, but I did enjoy the setup. The Walking Dead. Season One finale. The CDC one, no spoilers if you haven't watched any of them yet.
Endless∞Gig Good call. Talk about utter failure: How could I forget "Endless∞Gig" (SAC 2nd Gig finale)?
Definitely a classic, I love that movie. Khan: [quoting from Melville's Moby Dick] To the last, I will grapple with thee... from Hell's heart, I stab at thee! For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee! how could I forget the Adama Manuver? That episode was better than most scifi movies.

What was that one with the nanobots? Crycheck (if that is how you spell his name) had me in tears in that one as a kid for some reason...
