Imagine finding a new organism that isn't part of our biosphere. It would be super cool to explore it's biochemistry, to see whether or not the chemicals of life, physiology, and function, really are universal or just pertain to our biosphere.

More than likely, due to evolution and natural selection they would be highly different from us anatomy was. But biologically they would have to be constituted to the same biochemistry that units all life.
