A few days ago, Pakistani supported insurgents from the Islamist Jaish e Mohammed insurgent group (army of Mohammed) crossed the "line of control" in to Indian Kashmir and attacked an Indian army camp, killing 18 soldiers. So in the early morning hours Thursday (India time) Indian special forces crossed into Pakistani controlled Kashmir and attacked seven insurgent camps. Tensions are escalating. India is evacuating villages within 10km of the Pakistani border along its entire length.
