Being occupied is not a choice.
Killing innocent children with a ax is.

Sure it is! If the Jewish people had formed a great and powerful army in the 1800s, they could have stopped the "holocaust" without a bit of trouble. See? They had a choice and chose not to use it.

Killing innocent children with a ax is.
In an unusually blunt criticism, the Geneva-based International Committee of the Red Cross said it had been seeking access to shell-damaged areas in Zeitoun in the east of Gaza City since Saturday but the Israeli authorities granted permission only on Wednesday — the first day that Israel allowed a three-hour lull in the attacks on Gaza on humanitarian grounds.
The statement said a team of four Palestine Red Crescent ambulances accompanied by Red Cross representatives made its way to Zeitoun Wednesday where it “found four small children next to their dead mothers in one of the houses. They were too weak to stand up on their own. One man was also found alive, too weak to stand up. In all, there were at least 12 corpses lying on mattresses.”
In another house, the statement said, the rescue team “found 15 other survivors of this attack including several wounded. In yet another house, they found an additional three corpses. Israeli soldiers posted at a military position some 80 meters away from this house ordered the rescue team to leave the area which they refused to do. There were several other positions of the Israeli Defense Forces nearby as well as two tanks.”
Because of berms built by Israeli forces, the ambulances could not enter the area so “the children and the wounded had to be taken to the ambulances on a donkey cart,” the statement said.
The statement quoted Pierre Wettach, an International Red Cross representative for Israel and the Palestinian areas, as calling the incident “shocking.”
“The Israeli military must have been aware of the situation but did not assist the wounded. Neither did they make it possible for us or the Palestine Red Crescent to assist the wounded,” he was quoted as saying.

And this?
You pay for this.
And?
Big difference, Strawdog! The war was openly declared, the IDF told the Gazans that they were coming into Gaza, they openly and repeatedly told the civilians to leave the area, they dropped tons of fliers to warn the Gaza civilians. Not only did the Gazan civilians not leave the areas, the Hamas fighters used the Gazan civilians and civilians facilities as shields.
Nothing like that happened, not even close, with the ax hacking of a little Israeli boy.
Big, big difference, Strawdog, and it's to your discredit that you can't see it.
And everytime you ignore the dead children, you choose to kill the next one.
Like you do when you ignore the thousands of India kids that die every day in India because of the lack of sanitary sewers?? Like that??

1. The Palestinians had nowhere to flee to.
2. Regarding bias, the HRW is utterly neutral as you would know if you cared to read the report.
My question is simple. Do you unconditionally condemn this? .... My friend, there is no difference in atrocities committed under conditions of aggression, war and oppression.
You are clearly getting emotional over a slaughtered Israeli child, but yet you have not displayed any compassion for the 400 children slaughtered in Gaza. You are indeed a utter bigot.
Yes, they did. And many did flee and the IDF did nothing to hinder them, and in fact, helped them where they could.
Where did they flee to?
The parts of Gaza Strip that the IDF was not going to attack. Flyers were dropped, radio and tv, as well. And many did leave, there were videos of them carrying their belongings on their backs, or in donkey carts (you know, 21st century conveyances?!).
Baron Max
How did they flee? Seeing as there was no fuel or electricity?
Or food or water before the ground invasion? Especially since the tunnels were targeted first?
Actually, I saw it live. So yeah, I know exactly when Israel was bombing. Mostly during the time of "ceasefire" when people came out thinking they were safe/
Like catch the 10am tram and head out West? You are deluded.Yes, they did. And many did flee and the IDF did nothing to hinder them, and in fact, helped them where they could.
Of course Forest. That illustrates the honesty and openness of HRW and thus the INTEGRITY of said report. Nothing is hidden, its all on the table. As professional reports should be.Did you see where the UN chief of the region reprimanded his staff for being overly biased in their comments? Did you see his official letter to his staff about their continued political bias? Check it out.
Atrocities, yes ...war, no. Big difference!
Based on in-depth investigations in Gaza, the report concludes that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) repeatedly exploded white phosphorus munitions in the air over populated areas, killing and injuring civilians, and damaging civilian structures, including a school, a market, a humanitarian aid warehouse and a hospital.
If there were 400 kids "slaughtered" in the war, it was unintentional and the Israeli army has repeated said they didn't intentionally target civilians. I believe them far, far more than I believe the reports coming out of Gaza. Gaza has been issuing such propaganda for decades ...and it wouldn't surprise me if we found out at some later date that Hamas actually killed those kids themselves just so they could blame the IDF!!!
Constant bullshit propaganda can come back and bite you in the ass if you're not careful. Just like the Afghanis claiming that no matter what is bombed, it's always a wedding party!! ...LOL!
Stop shuffling around and answer the question. Are you condoning the use of WP on Palestinians?
The children were killed, slaughtered, murdered, executed, whatever term you wish to use. Hundreds of them. With blood and dreams, just like Israeli children. You are YET to show compassion.
So yeah, if the occasional Palestinian goes berserk, what you gotta do is say thanks to the millions of them who don't.
