And after a simple search, this popped up: https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Nassim_Haramein . It turns out this "Resonance Project" was founded by a known pseudoscience peddler. That doesn't bode well for the "respectability" of videos they produce...

This video is about some ideas of Klee Irwin, a known pseudoscience peddler (see post #22).

So, I think it's time to call it: you don't have a "respectable video on the internet" that says "spacetime is made of tetrahedra"; all you've got is the pseudoscientific imaginations of some random guy. A guy that... well, just read the "Legal adventures" section on that page.
