This question is on the basis that the Big bang theory is correct and that there is only one Universe, with no chance of it reforming.

Long after the Heat Death of the universe, will all energy eventually phase out of existence?

The Big Rip end where atoms are torn apart
How the energy which held them together will dissipate???

Oooohh, never heard of the Big Rip before. This sounds exciting, thank you. You have unlocked the next chapter of the Universe for me.

What do you mean "phase out of existence"?

The amount of energy will be the same as it ever was. Total energy in the universe is conserved. Energy can't be created or destroyed.

The heat death simply means that the energy won't be available to do anything useful - it will be too spread out, essentially.
