I don't believe that is stated or implied anywhere in the bible. Belief in angels is assumed or implied (inherited from Jewish tradition), but the necessity to invoke their agency whenever something or someone enjoys God's favour, no, I don't think so.

In my opinion, a lot of God's actions when dealing with the man are done using Angels as intermediaries.

The biblical religion do not consider women as inferior than men, what I perceive is the giving of leadership to men, because someone must be in charge. God choice of man as leader might be because man was created first, who knows.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but he honestly is creepy at this point.
