First World is designed with facilities for education, science, philosophy, religion, and arts. This policy standard is Educentricism in which human rights, education, and envionment are emphasized.

The Natropolis is a nurturing habitat for human life on planet Earth. It contains residential facilities, educational facilities, fitness/gymnastics facilities, recreational areas, and more. There is no form of industrial facility within the Natropolis. All industrial activity exists outside of the Natropolis within the area of the Grove. Lightrail system is used for transportation within the Natropolis. Rail and industry road system is used outside of the Natropolis for travel within the Grove, and throughout First World.
