No offense, but this thread is exactly why we don't need a sex forum. If you want one, they exist elsewhere.
A sex thread will drag the intellect level of sciforums down lower than it currently is, if you can believe that. I remember arriving at sciforums to see the boards seemingly dominated by the writings of goofyfish, xev, wet1, orthogonal, cris and a few others. First few threads I saw when I joined sciforums were about: The 5th dimension and onward Nature of Time Relativity Size of the Universe Early Memories Designer Babies Human Sexuality: Static or Variable And furthermore, I was not making fun of the threads. I was stating that they are not what, in my opinion, sciforums is at it's best. Of course, I also don't believe sciforums has been near it's potential for quite some time.
Damn, I am so busy that I missed the party. Anyways, why don't we just have a general "drivel forum" which includes but not limited to sex. All threads there gets deleted automatically after 24 hours to conserve bandwidth.

In my own opinion, I doubt my IQ is very high at all. I don't consider myself of more than slightly above average intelligence. The standard at sciforum was never about how smart the posters were, but that the threads posted were actually intellectual. That was, of course, the goal of this site at one point: to be an intellectual discussion board for people of any intelligence. So long, of course, as they are wanting and able to discuss in logical, mature ways.

Any thing drivel like "what is your favorite position" or any more threads by Ralph Nadar about chess wiz or actually anymore threads by Ralph Nadar about anything can be moved there. It saves bandwidth and brain power.
