Yes, Bush should be impeached (put on trial) so we can see if he is really guilty (impeachment is not necessarily conviction). Andrew A. Gray

And an update: Vermont has made the motion to impeach VP Cheney. The little states are always the ones with the balls.
if the people you called crybabies and whiners had it their way we would have never been in iraq in fact 2 of the 3 articles of impeachment against cheny or for lying about iraq to get support for the war. we signed the geneva convention so by article six of the constition which in part states: This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding. in other yeah we are bound by the geneva conventions you really need to brush up on you constitionial law and international law
3 things 1: the phrase high crimes and misdemeanors comes from british law before we were colonies its meaning is being neglectful of your duties of an office you hold or misuseing the powers of office. you can be impeached for high crimes and misdeamors for things that aren't crimes. 2: bush has most defently been neglectful of his duties as president and had misused the powers of the office. 3: treason and bribery are also impeachable offensses so you don't have to commit high crimes or misdeanors to be impeached so i'm sorry but you are mistaken on this
the question of said blowjob wasn't a proper question to be asked there was no valid resaon for asking it.
subverting the constition would mean he broke the oath he took when he was made president there for he can and should be impeached for the main part of the oath is upholdind and protecting the constition
No. he shouldn't as for doing bad things, Abraham Lincoln Put on Habeus Corpus which basically stripped a lot of your rights guaranteed in the constitution. Every time we go to war, the president puts the constitiution into the drawer for a bit. Let's face it, it gets in the way. Look at how long it takes to get things passed and done in this country. By the way, I don't think that it is a good thing to put the constitution away, ever. I also son't support Bush. Still though obsessing on things he has done wrong seems a bit unfair judging as past presidents have done the same. I'm just looking to suffer through his presidency and get rid of him.
