This totally pisses me off!!!! I guess the reality that the christian faith is soooo..sooo messed up!!! GRRRRRRR....
Also note the picture of Matthew Shepard..click on and read the big pile of poop...they even have "message" from him in hell that you can listen to..and the number of days that he has been in hell!!!
In a certain section on this site they use this scripture:

Psalm 5:5 says that God hates all WORKERS of iniquity (e.g., fags).

After all, there's only a few general possibilities for the authors ... they will either live their lives in impotent hatred; or perhaps act on that hatred and land their little ol' selves in prison (well, here you have to balance your idea of win-win); or it could be that the Christians are right, in which case the authors will have to stand before God and explain themselves.

Frankly, I consider such ideas "taking God's name in vain". Of course, I would hold most televangelists in violation of the Commandment, as well.

Scary-scary ... thank you for the chilling tour of hatred.

Yes! There are many gay and lesbian Christians.

 

Well, I have come across a gay christian site once...but didn't realize there were so many...
Now there is a can of worms opened (what the scriptures say vs. what they really mean??) I've never met a straight person..in person or on the internet that actually believes being gay is "ok"...... to be quite truthful, TS..

Jesus Christ taught us to live in right relationships through love. Unlike the very clear message of salvation through Jesus Christ and the ten commandments, I do not see sexuality being addressed in a black and white manner.

Proponents of homosexuality can pick and choose certain passages of the Bible to support their position as can opponents of homosexuality.

Whether or not a person's sexuality is an issue of sin or not is really a personal matter between them and God and I'll tell you why I say this... I do know a couple of people who say that, before they accepted Jesus Christ into their lives, they "practiced" homosexuality. These couple of people abandoned that practice after they accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. In speaking with these couple of people, they expressed a belief that "their" homosexuality was a "sin" because they actually "chose" promiscuous homosexuality as a way of rebelling. In their heart which became filled with the grace of Jesus Christ, they came to the realization that what "they" were doing was wrong... Therefore, in their heart, they were sinning by "practicing" homosexuality... However, for the majority of homosexual Christians that I have come to know, their sexuality is not an issue of "sin" in their heart which is filled with the grace of Jesus Christ... The majority of homosexual Christians that I know truly believe that they are living in righteous, monogamous, family-oriented, life-long relationships based on love.

That is why I say that, of course, the first and most important thing is to accept Jesus Christ into one's life. Nothing has to necessarily be "given up" or "changed" beforehand. "If" someone is living a "sinful" life, and has seriously accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, while they are walking "with" Jesus Christ, He will surely let them know if something needs to be changed in their life...

Yup, there sure are some sick puppies out there! I noticed that these people like to quote Romans 1:24-32, which contains a condemnation of homosexuality and those who practice it. But what about Romans 2:1, which directly follows?

Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

In that second link you posted, there is a man holding a sign that says, "God Hates Fags, Rom. 9:13". I'm a little bit confused by that, as Romans 9:13 simply says, "As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated". I wonder what that has to do with homosexuality? To my knowledge, Esau was quite heterosexual, and in fact, had at least 2 wives (Genesis 26:34). Are there any bible scholars out there who can shed some light here?

Identity Churches, such as the one featured in the initial post, deceptively spread their hate messages by mentioning out-of-context scripture passages and by calling themselves Christians in an attempt to falsely shield themselves.

I realize I sound like a broken record here...but, I just want make sure that I am understanding you correctly....
If one is a homosexual and yet is a christian..and if they die... they will still go to heaven provided that they still maintain a personal relationship with Jesus???????? So you really do not see it as a sin as long as God doesn't convict them of it?????
