Those who are against fur or eating meat for "moral" reasons are simpering turds

Killing simply for a fur coat seems rather stupid to me. I think the individual who buys such things should also be required to eat the animal(s) that were sacrificed for their fur--maybe even be required to slaughter and skin their new wear.

If we're not supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?

Not eating meat seems a valid point of view to me.

Animals don't have to die for something we don't strictly need. Animals live, why not let them live? There is no point in just taking a life. They are fueled by the same strange phenomenon as we are.

If all space used to breed cattle is used to grow food, much of world hunger could be solved.

I predict that in fifty to hundred years, meat eaters will be a minority.

Go ahead and eat your neighbour and see what happens, Goofy. Then use Thors argument in a court of law to your defense.
I'm sure you wouldn't mind risking spending the remains of your life in jail just to prove a point, because the chance of ending up there is so tiny.....

Jail could be like fatcamp for criminals. Lose weight or die!

Since the fat and juicy ones get eaten first.
    How gross....

Raising cattle for human consumption is destroying the planet, rainforests in particular. Is the big mac really that important? That is my only moral reson for being vegetarian.

Not eating meat because it wastes land that can be used for crops is a practical reason, not a moral one.

But then, I don't see anything wrong with making a few million starve just so I can have a steak.

If people starve because of us choosing one of the two possiblities, it is a moral choice.

If that is a joke: haha.

If it is for provocation: forget it.

    No, but a Whopper is

We don't eat each other because we are the dominant species. We can eat each other (see Alive!), but when we have cows and chicken, we have no need

There's much danger in eating humans. It is what made some tribes stop it: prions! certain death awaits.

    Well....consider this.

For the sake of argument, let's say all vegetarians are people who don't eat meat for moral reasons (I know there are other reasons but I don't care right now). Their opinion is that it's cruel to kill animals to eat them; it's immoral to kill for food.

Wolves eat rabbits (or other little furry animals that would be fun to kick). Cats eat mice. Dogs eat dog food, which is meat stuff (partly). Is this immoral of them?

These animals probably don't NEED to eat meat. I know that Beth's dog Jasper is a vegetarian.

If other animals kill to eat, why do we consider it wrong? Especially if the animals we are reluctant to kill are killers themselves. Do you see the paradox I'm getting at here?

Coincidentally, I think I'm going to give the sans-meat diet a try. I'm at college right now and can't afford meat anyway, so it won't be that hard.

Even if I could afford meat, it's too much damn work to prepare compared to canned soup.
