I notice the USA psychiatric and health organizations (private and public) are totally silent... why is that?
There mustn't be a health professional in the world that is not concerned about Trumps clinical mental state.
    Why are they silent?

Also research reveals a bizarre letter sent by Trumps doctor at the time in December 2015

Why is this a bizarre letter?
Words like unequivocally, extraordinary, astonishingly, excellent and even the words "positive results" are used inappropriately.

    Conclusion:
The letter is not written by a qualified doctor whom by necessity must use a standard form of assessment. It may have been signed by a qualified doctor but certainly not composed by one.

eg. If blood test results showed only positive results then Trump would be a very ill person.
ie . Blood tests reveal a positive result for HIV.

"Clearly, Trump's hyperbole is itself a disease — and it's contagious."

Not all are silent, but most who are are silent because they take their oaths and responsibilities seriously. In particular, they know it is unethical to diagnose someone whom they have not personally examined.

Linguistically, the letter does appear to be written by "The Donald". But this is how his physician explains it:

Trump is known to call into radio shows using a fictitious name (e.g. John Barron) to talk about himself. Coincidentally, he named one of his sons Barron.

Well, that's the rationale. But does it make sense? Is it ethical to remain silent and let a mad man take the helm of state? Is it rational, is it ethical, to give a mad man the nuclear codes?

It's illegal to release his tax returns without his consent.

but he gave his consent hundreds of times.... ( yeah I know... but the point stands - the tax office would only be doing as Trump had repeatedly promised and would be doing him a favor)
Any court of law would uphold once shown repeated promises of tax file release IMO..
Love to see a test case....

Judge: "Did you or did you not repeatedly promise the American people to release you tax returns?"
Trump: "Yes your honor I did"
    Judge: "Case closed...next?"

Trump has been sued by a group of ethics lawyers for violating the Emoluments Clause in our Constitution. We will have to see how it plays out in the courts. That's our best chance of seeing his tax returns.

Failing that or a congressional investigation, the odds of seeing Treump's tax returns are virtually nil. He'll will probably freeze over before Republicans in Congress allow Trump to be investigated for anything.

YES! You guys need to get working on constitutional ways of getting this megalomaniac idiot out of office. For example, this attempted public humiliation of a neighbouring head of state is an act of reckless folly. For someone who is touted as a "dealmaker", it is an utterly extraordinary way to proceed. A warning sign of what is in store.

In my view, Theresa May ought to keep her distance from this man.

    Something to consider:

    Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD)

    DSM5

    Symptoms :
    1. Grandiosity with expectations of superior treatment from others
    2. Fixated on fantasies of power, success, intelligence, attractiveness, etc.
    3. Self-perception of being unique, superior and associated with high-status people and institutions
    4. Needing constant admiration from others
    5. Sense of entitlement to special treatment and to obedience from others
    6. Exploitative of others to achieve personal gain
    7. Unwilling to empathize with others' feelings, wishes, or needs
    8. Intensely envious of others and the belief that others are equally envious of them
    9. Pompous and arrogant demeanor
    Diagnosis by attending physician.
    Treatment: Psycho therapy

    Proposed causation (history of):
    • An oversensitive temperament (personality traits) at birth.
    • Excessive admiration that is never balanced with realistic feedback.
    • Excessive praise for good behaviors or excessive criticism for bad behaviors in childhood.
    • Overindulgence and overvaluation by parents, other family members, or peers.
    • Being praised for perceived exceptional looks or abilities by adults.
    • Severe emotional abuse in childhood.
    • Unpredictable or unreliable caregiving from parents.
    • Learning manipulative behaviors from parents or peers.
    • Valued by parents as a means to regulate their own self-esteem.

Opinion of source credibility : 9/10

Again I ask where are all the doctors, the health professionals, the psychiatrists in all this... Are they on the streets demonstrating or are they just sitting back going tutt tutt tutt?

If they need examples of NPD inspired dysfunction to make a diagnosis they haven't got far to look....
